Luci Fagundes, Body Shop Manager Since 1979, Luci has worked in the automotive body shop industry, holding certificates with DuPont, I-CAR, Dealership Training, NADA, A.S.E. as well as membership with local Chamber of Commerce. She keeps in touch with current industry trends and implements them into our daily operations. Luci brings many years of knowledge and expertise with professionalism and great management skills. Art Silva, Service Manager Extraordinaire Art has an extensive background in auto repair and service. His experience is highly valuable and he brings an enormous amount of talent to Excel Auto Repair. Art has extensive training in automotive repair and has many years managing technicians at two dealerships. His ability to diagnosis difficult problems is his "stand out" skill. He holds certifications in diagnosis and repair for automatic transmission, electrical, engine, diesel engine, brakes and the list goes on. Art is a strong practitioner of Customer Service and will go out of his way to keep you a satisfied customer.

Linda West will greet you as you enter our body shop facility. She will gladly assist you with the rental companies as well as your insurance company. Linda has highly valued expertise in the insurance industry working as a claims adjuster and translates that knowledge well for our customers.
